 Take Taylorsville Road south from Jeffersontown toward Gene Snyder Freeway to 12100 Taylorsville Road at Servant's Heart Church.  From the Gene Snyder Freeway, take the Taylorsville Road North exit toward Jeffersontown to 12100 Taylorsville Road at Servant's Heart Church.
